Dalia holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where her undergraduate thesis focused on EEG signal processing. She later completed an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Dundee in the UK, where her research included image processing and deep learning.
Currently, Dalia is a PhD student in the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at the Technion. Her research uses fMRI data and connectome fingerprinting techniques to investigate the effects of war-related stress on children’s brain development and the parent-child neural connection during the process of learning to read.
